THREE LAYER SMOOTH ESD MATTING
Our 3 Layer Smooth ESD matting provides excellent Anti-Static protection. Suitable for static dissipative benches. Easy to clean with excellent lay flat properties for a flat work surface. Each pre-cut mat is supplied as standard with a 10mm press stud in each corner.
Designed to be volume conductive across the whole surface layer and has a buried conductive middle layer which improves the electrical properties by acting as a fast track to move static charge to ground. Can be flipped over when the top surface is “dirty” with no loss of performance, doubling the usable life span.

Designed for use on static dissipative benches to provide a safe and static-free workspace for sensitive electronic components. This matting is 3mm thick and available in three color options: blue, green , or gray. The mat features a surface resistance of 1×10⁶ ≤ R ≤ 1×10⁹ and a bottom resistance of 1×10³ ≤ R ≤ 1×10⁶, ensuring effective static dissipation.
