Modern Slavery Act and Policy Statement
Antistat, Integrity Cleanroom and associated organisations within the Ant Group of companies are committed to conducting business both ethically and responsibly. We ensure that our supply chains operate to those same high standards, including safe workplace conditions and practices.
In particular, we focus on the prevention of forced, bonded and trafficked labour. This is upheld through site visits, document checking and conversations with staff, through an interpreter if necessary, to ensure companies within the supply chain are adhering to the law.
These stipulations are upheld by our documented policies and processes, and are fully supported by the Board of Directors. Relevant policies include: Whistleblowing, Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct, Anti-bribery and Corruption.
These additional considerations are factored into the group’s standpoint on our global supply chain operations.
- Policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking
- Due diligence processes
- Risk assessment and management
- Key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of steps being taken
- Training on modern slavery and trafficking.
