This polyimide, pressure-sensitive tape features a silicone resin adhesive, providing excellent insulation and high-temperature and chemical resistance. It is ideal for electronics production, particularly for protecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) during wave solder or solder dip processes as well as for solder wave masking and electrical insulation. This tape is non-corrosive, high heat and solvent-resistant. It is available in various widths to suit a range of packaging and masking needs.

High Temperature Masking Polyimide Dots
High temperature polyimide masking dots are essential tools for precision electronics manufacturing, particularly for protecting gold fingers on printed circuit boards during wave soldering and solder dip processes as well as for solder wave masking and electrical insulation. Made from polyimide film with a silicone adhesive on a clear easy release liner these dots offer excellent dimensional stability and maintain their electrical and physical properties across a wide temperature range. They are chemical resistant, non-corrosive, and ozone-depleting, making them safe for a variety of manufacturing environments. Ideal for enhancing soldering processes and ensuring high-quality results.

ESD Warning Packaging Tape
This conventional self-adhesive PVC tape is designed to alert handlers to the presence of ESD-sensitive components. It features black text and an ESD logo on a yellow background, providing a clear visual reminder to observe ESD precautions. Although the tape is tribocharging and not suitable for use within an EPA, it is ideal for sealing secondary packaging, such as outer cartons. Using ESD warning packaging tape helps ensure that anyone handling the package is aware of its sensitive contents, minimising the risk of accidental damage during transport or storage. The text on the tape says: “Attention. Observe precautions for handling Electrostatic Sensitive Devices”

ESD Grid Tape
This antistatic tape is designed for use within ESD-protected areas (EPAs) and is fully printed with a grid pattern and the ESD caution logo for easy identification. This self-adhesive tape has a static-dissipative surface coating, making it ideal for sealing primary or intimate packaging of static-sensitive components. Manufactured from silicone-free, low-residue polypropylene, it is suitable for general-purpose applications within an EPA, for example to mask or hold together components and circuit boards and ensuring that products remain ESD-safe and securely sealed.
