This matting has a thickness of 1.5mm and is made from textured, black conductive rubber. The surface resistivity ranges from 10³ to 10⁵ Ohms, with a maximum temperature resistance of 130°C. The mat features a rapid static decay time of less than 0.01 seconds (from 1000V to 100V). It can be supplied with press studs if required.
Conductive matting discharges static electricity promptly, ensuring quick dissipation. This is potentially damaging to sensitive electronics. Therefore, dissipative matting is recommended for sensitive electronics, as it allows for a controlled and gradual release of static charge, reducing the risk of damage.
