Our sister company, Integrity Cleanroom based at our HQ in Bury St Edmunds, is proud to be supporting both the NHS and the Irish health services during the current COVID-19 crisis with the supply of coveralls, part of vital PPE (personal protection equipment) required by key workers in the healthcare services.
Integrity Cleanroom has long been an essential part of the supply chain and overall support needed for Health Services, PPE suppliers and the wider medical supply sector. With shortages of PPE making headlines the world over, Integrity Cleanroom is remaining open during the lockdown and has been working hard to boost capacity through its supply chain network and prioritise stock for healthcare workers as the world fights COVID-19. The first deliveries were made to clinical distribution partner PharmedUK on 25th March and the company is currently manufacturing a further 500,000 units over the next 10 weeks to be delivered to hospitals in both the UK and Ireland for staff working in the frontline.
John Hensley, the CEO, said: ‘COVID-19 is a global crisis that has caught us all off guard. Integrity is working night and day with our manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure the safety and security of our key workers throughout the NHS and wider support services by providing as much protective clothing as we possibly can. No one can fail but to be in awe of the work they do every day and all of us here at Integrity are proud to be able to support them at this critical time.’
The company is adhering to Government guidelines and taking every precaution to mitigate risk at their Bury St Edmunds headquarters. Strict social distancing measures are in place at work stations and when moving around the building, deep cleaning of all workstations and communal areas is carried out daily and all staff who are able to, are working from home.
