2 LAYER SMOOTH ANTISTATIC BENCH MAT
This Smooth Antistatic Matting is ideal for laying on workbenches in the workshops or laboratories of microelectronic industries. It provides an excellent ESD surface for use within all ESD protected environments, preventing damage from harmful static charges. Our Antistatic Matting is manufactured from synthetic rubber, its 2mm thick double-layer structure consists of a 0.5mm thick static-dissipative surface layer and a 1.5mm thick conductive bottom layer. Available as a roll.
2mm thick double-layer mat designed for optimal static control. The surface layer consists of a 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer, while the bottom layer features a 1.5mm thick conductive material. It has a smooth finish and is available in grey, green, or blue. The mat has a surface resistance of 1×10⁶ < R < 1×10⁹ and can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. It is easy to clean, offers excellent lay-flat properties.
