TWO LAYER ANTISTATIC BENCH MAT – PREMIUM TEXTURED
Premium Textured Antistatic Mat designed for use within EPA work-spaces. The surface of this ESD bench mat is designed with a reflection breaking finish to improve operator comfort and reduce glare. The natural resilience of rubber makes this mat extremely hard wearing and resistant to chemical agents normally used for maintenance. This mat also resists most oils and is heat resistant to most soldering debris and hot metal parts. Suitable for loose laying, with no need for adhesives. The pre-cut mat is supplied with a 10mm press stud in each corner.
The two-layer antistatic mat is 2mm thick, featuring a 1.5mm static-dissipative rubber surface layer and a 1.5mm conductive rubber bottom layer. Its textured surface finish prevents delicate components from sliding. The mat has excellent lay-flat properties and includes a 10mm press stud in each corner. It offers a surface resistance of 1×10⁶ < R < 1×10⁹Ω and can withstand instantaneous temperatures of up to 180°C. It also provides good resistance to scratches, making it durable for long-term use.
