ESD HEAT RESISTANT GLOVES FROM INTEGRITY
ESD Heat Resistant Gloves provide protection against high temperatures in ESD safe areas and cleanroom environments. They are available in two temperature resistance levels: 150°C (302°F) and 300°C (572°F) which allow workers to operate safely while protecting themselves when coming into contact with dangerously hot surfaces. Suitable for use in ISO 6.
The gloves feature a heat-resistant palm made from Twaron filament fibre fabric laminated with silicone rubber, ensuring durability and thermal protection. The back is crafted from nylon LUANA (TORAY antistatic fibre) with a polyurethane (PU) film and a 5mm (0.2″) Beltron conductive fibre stripe for effective static discharge. An air layer, heat-insulating felt, and a nylon tricot inner lining provide additional comfort and protection.
These gloves have a surface resistance of 10⁹ Ohms per square, ensuring effective electrostatic discharge protection, and are available in a size of 28cm (11″).
